What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free runs on Tailr's managed AI at no cost — a free account, no key needed, and every account (including Free) saves your résumés and generation history to a dashboard. Paid plans add higher daily limits and features: Go and Pro are fully managed subscriptions, while BYOK lets you use your own provider key instead. Pro raises your saved-résumé limit and lets you add confirmed keywords to your résumé on request. Pro also unlocks Career progress — XP, levels, streaks, daily quests, an activity heatmap, and badges; other plans see a locked preview.
What does Pro cost?
Managed plans are billed every 28 days: Go is $2.99/mo and Pro is $6.99/mo — both run the AI for you, with Pro adding higher daily limits, priority rendering, and priority support. If you'd rather use your own provider key, BYOK is a $20 one-time purchase that covers a year — it doesn't auto-renew. (Free stays free.)
How does the usage cap work?
Paid usage runs on a fixed 28-day cycle rather than a calendar month, so your quota resets on the same schedule every cycle regardless of how many days are in a given month.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your billing settings. You'll keep access to your plan's features through the end of the current billing period — cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately, it just stops the next charge.
Can I delete my account?
Yes — account deletion is self-serve from your account settings. You don't need to email support to have your account and data removed.
