Why we built Tailr
Most applications are filtered by software before a human ever reads them, so job seekers are told to "beat the ATS." Too many tools do that by stuffing in keywords and fabricating experience — which gets people past the filter and then caught in the interview.
We thought that was backwards. Tailr crawls the posting, rewrites your bullets and projects to genuinely match it, and reports an honest keyword-coverage score with the exact gaps.
